Does anyone else watch Parks And Recreation? Nick Offerman, who plays the awesome Ron Swanson, is also a master woodsman- he even has an instructional video on how to make canoes. I don't know, for some reason that makes me really happy. :D

Oh Boy

St. Vincent- Surgeon

Jeff and I went for a walk the other day through Valley Forge. This area is absolutely beautiful during the autumn season, even with the disheartening crowds of tourists and Sunday afternoon joggers. Also, I am currently addicted to Are you being Served? The 70's British sitcom that has an abundance of dirty jokes and slapstick comedy. I found a whole slue of episodes on youtube and have since gone through 4 seasons already.

November 6- Birth

Today is my birthday and so far it has been one of the best yet! There has been parties and Mexican food, gumbo and red wine. And by far the best gifts I have ever received- these two vintage cameras Jeff found in the back of his Grandfather's closet (incidentally, his grandfather and I have the same birthday) and this adorable little thrifted picture we have decided is in de facto an illustration of the both of us holding a blue rooster. So far its been sitting on the shelf with our Mardi Gras king cake baby but we're sure to find a better home for it on the wall very soon. :)
