The End Of January

An image from the other day.
Has anyone else been following the protests in North Africa? I'm not exactly political but my heart goes out to the Egyptian people fighting for their freedom. The Boston Globe's The Big Picture has, in my opinion, one of the best photojournalism websites- their images are raw and can be hard to take in. But it is also the site I always go to when i want to see what really going on in the world's major events. If you're not following the unrest I suggest you take a look at their images of the protests not only in Egypt but also Tunisia and Lebanon.

Thank you all for your comments!
Its good to hear that so many are aware of what the Egyptian people are trying to achieve and the struggle they are going through. It is so disheartening to see images of the pro-Mubarak protesters creating violence and disruptions. Lets hope that a peaceful and democratic solution is reached without anymore lost lives. Power to the Egyptian people!

That picture is perfect + what has been going on in Egypt is awful, honestly some of the scenes are hard to watch, I can't believe all the reporters+photographers putting themselves right in the middle of the action. I'm grateful for where we live and grateful for the journalists.

ps. I've missed you, Miss Lovely.
